Indian soldiers' lives are precious, and Pakistan must regret!

According to Hindu mythology, it is said that a human birth is followed by 84 species. It is such a precious gift of god that no investment company can set its worth. Then, just imagine that how significant is the life of the soldiers who got martyerd in the Pulwama suicide bomb blast, the one who are at present standing on the borders and the one who works in communication department, office, or in rescue team and so on. They are important for their family, motherland, public and for their organization too.

Some inhuman mindsets believe in annihilation of world, separation from flesh and blood, flood of blood, and encouraging more and more people to join this field. It is a disillusionary understanding which they wrongly imbibed from their holy book. All religions inculcate us with the message of love, peace and altruism, irrespective of the pedagogy style, but Pakistan is veteran in sowing the seeds of hostility by manipulating the true facts.

It's been 72 years of independence, India got blessed with wise and dexterous leaders who morphed India from rags to riches while Pakistan got cursed with JeM, LeT, Lashkar-e-Omar, Al-Qaeda, and so on, which aims at annihilation. India is a safe haven for executive, legislature and judiciary, while Pakistan is a safe haven for terrorists and it is world famous for nourishing terrorists. India is marching towards growth and prosperity and it's one of the fastest growing economy with 7.3% of GDP growth, while Pakistan is a debt struck country, China is its last resort for obtaining financial aids. It is such a spineless country that without China's help, it would have declared itself a bankrupt years ago. Mr. Imran Khan, leader of devils, when elected to power, expressed a deep desire of peace and this attack shows that no one care about his instructions.

What to say to others, when our own people are double-dealing. Adil Ahmed Dar, aged 19, a chronic stone pelter and a terrorist of Pulwama attack, joined Jaish-e-mohommad, escaping from his house, after writing his 12th board exams. His father said, “I had never imagined my son would become a suicide bomber, I'm an illiterate man and I was pained to see the deaths of these CRPF soldiers.” When his son got indulged in stones pelting activities and many cases were registered against him, why he didn't stop him then and there, if he is pained to see the deaths of CRPF soldiers? Illiteracy doesn't restrain you from differentiating between basic right and wrong. Many Kashmiri students are joining terrorism, being ‛tormented’ by soldiers. If this is the reason, then Kashmiri pandits would have been the first to join terrorism! Here are the students who are in dilemma of deciding the colleges to get in. And on the other hand, students are getting enough chutzpah and clarity on becoming a terrorist. Immaturity, perplexity, frustration and poverty can't make you a terrorist. A leopard cannot change its spots but it's a pain to see people biting the hands that feeds them. Thanks to NIA, which is really doing well in identifying the pseudo seculars celebrating the massacre took place in Phulwama on social media and college premises.

Post attack, centre and armymen took some rebellious steps to show Pakistan its place. It revoked the security of insurrectionists, struck off the MFN status, imposed 200% custom duty on imports, killed the mastermind of attack, hackers hacked into 3 websites of Pakistan, leadership of the JeM in the Kashmir Valley were eliminated and Lt Dhillion said "Anyone who picks up guns in Kashmir will be eliminated, unless they surrender. This is a message to all the mothers of Kashmir." It's enough to show that India won't leave the culprits scot-free.

There is no place of condemnation of terrorism and bilateral dialogues with Pakistan as the External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj has rightly said “Terror and talks can't go together.”

I hope the commitment made by the PM and Union ministers get accomplished soon and make them realise that Indian soldiers' lives aren't cheap enough to get sacrificed in a cowardly attack. 

A constitutional crisis.

In our country, no institution is independent. SEBI, CBI, RBI and so on, all are independent for the name sake and on papers. Whenever there is any case against politician or a political party, all have to bow down. A chief secretary was beaten by chief minister, who cared? In the end, CM won the battle by pretending to be afflicted. A freedom seeker governer remained tormented until he resigned. CMs are prohibiting the entry of CBI in their states. Minister's house cannot be raided without the orders of court. Knowing about these events, will you still call these institutions an independent body?

Recent high voltage drama is quite different. This time CM Mamata Banerjee dragged the 5 CBI officials to jail and put them behind bars who were on duty. What was their mistake? They got the permission from SC for raiding in police commissioner Rajeev Kumar's house, who is one of the alleged in saradha chit fund scam. Not only this, but the family of joint director CBI was also held hostage. CBI was going to approach SC as a last resort for freeing their officials. Threat of CRPF led CM Mamata banerjee to unshackle them. Afterwards she sat on dharna to support the officer who is appointed by centre and renders services to centre. Mr. Tejaswi Yadav, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal and other opposition leaders are also emerging as Mamata didi's saviors. Thank God, congress got some wisdom!

There wasn't any role of state government, then too she created an obstacle in the process of law and order. What does it mean? She is either a purile woman whose motive is just to oppose centre at any cost or a head to toe currupt woman who is a partner in crime. If that IPS officer and TMC leaders are honest then what is the point to rebel on? They could have tight-lipped coordinated with CBI officials, but this anxiety shows that there is something suspicious. There is a proverb “A guilty conscience needs no accuser”.

She said “fight is against the Modi government and not the CBI”. If you really have a capacity to fight against Modi, then allow the BJP's rally in west bengal without doing lathi charge. And she is also manipulating the public by spreading the fake news of emergency to gain a tea and sympathy. Fear of Modi led government has struck off her sleep, it's crystal clear from this incident.

Throwing a spanner in the works of investigative agency and raising the voices in parliament won't make you the hegamonistic nor it oppress the material facts. The facts will get disclosed anyhow and the justice will never be denied by SC.

Constitution is not a joke at all that whosoever want to circumvene the legal and judicial process, he can! Sanctimonious people often says that god is in trouble regarding the construction of temple and I am saying that our constitution is facing outrageously wicked trouble. This crisis is such a pain in its neck, cavalier attitude can lead to its defamation. Now it's SCs responsibility to maintain its prestige. I hope SC take wise decision as always and exposure them with the lesson to remember till eternity.
